1) sejajar dengan hasrat kerajaan bagi menjayakan Dasar Pengeluaran Daging Kambing Negara, Kerajaan telah pun menubuhkan Pusat Pembiakan Boer Nasional (NBBC) yang menyediakan pelan rangkaian pengeluaran dan pemasaran yang bersistematik dalam kuantiti yang mega dalam Negara.

2) Konsep tersebut kini dilaksanakan oleh sebuah syarikat tempatan, Buani Sdn. Bhd. Sejak beberapa bulan lepas yang melibatkan pelpelbagai jenis baka kambing seperti Boer, Barbados dan Jamnapari dan Dopper.

3) Beliau yang juga bekas Pegerusi Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladag (LPP), dan pernah berkhidmat sebagai Professor di Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) berkata, sejak dibuka syarikat tersebut telah melaburkan kira-kira RM 150, 000.

4) Bagi seorang penternak yang berdaya maju, ia mempunyai 300 ekor induk bagi membolehkan ia menjadi usahawan yang menguntungkan yang boleh memberi pendapatan tidak kurang RM 1, 000 sebulan. Ini berdasarkan kepada beranak tiga kali dalam dua tahun, bilangan anak yang boleh dilahirkan dalam tempoh itu ialah 1,350 ekor.

Even at the lowest counter level, the UMNO civil servants reject Indian applications and applicants. Let alone the pro active actions by the relevant government departments and the JKKK to engage the Indians into these national mainstream development Projects and programmes as is done for the malay muslims.
