Re : 1) Dharisini A/P Ponnuuthurai (an orphan) (14) refused place in Form

Two (2 months ago) by Sek Men Keb Taman Tasik, Ampang, headmistress Puan Zaini.

2) Education Ministry Special Officer En. Samsuri refuses to

    intervene.

3) Dharsini unlawfully and unconstitutionally denied Malaysian    

citizenship in contravention of Article 14 of the Federal Constitution (citizenship by operation of law) though she and her mother were both born in Malaysia.

4) Forced to convert to Islam at age 4 by Welfare Department at

Rumah Kanak-Kanak Tengku Budriah, Cheras home like    Banggarama of Penang in contravention of Article 14 of the Federal Constitution (the religion of a person under the age of eighteen years shall be decided by his parent or guardin).
