UMNO: Tun V.T. Sambanthan road name accepted at policy level 20 years ago and continuing..

This is the classical UMNO style racist political power play. Tun V.T. Sambanthan may have passed away some 40 years ago. He remains as one of the forefathers who negotiated and secured Malaysian’s independence from the British. (The Star 29/3/2019 at page N43).

Even for this historic icon Tun V.T. Sambanthan, UMNO practices this low level of racism, religious extremism and supremacy prevails.

Some 20 years ago the naming of this road in memory of Tun V.T.Sambanthan was accepted at “policy level” and is continuing for an indefinate time period.

This acceptance and approval at ‘policy level’ Tamil newspaper paper politics cum wayang kulit is also fast catching up in the PKR, DAP and PAS ruled states of Selangor, Penang and Kedah. Beware and keep a look out. It is the MIC Mandore who makes this announcement to create the illusion that this road name change to Tun V.T. Sambanthan is so.

But there is no UMNO controlled Taiping Municipal Council Chief’s announcement of this road name change.

This is the racist religious extremist and supremacist politics of illusion (wayang kulit) that UMNO has successfully played for 50 long years until the 25th November 2007 Hindraf Rally, and has still not stopped trying.
