Teluk Intan 28/4/10 On 27/4/10, the eve of the Chitra Powrnami Hindu festival at the Sri Thandayuthabani Alayam Teluk Intan, Perak P.Uthayakumar, S.Jayathas, Ipoh HRP Chief Ramesh, Taiping Chief Sivakumar, Sitiawan Chief Subra Nagooran, Nagen, Teluk Intan Chief RCA Moorthy, Sugumaran and a host of other supporters were at the HRP base Panthal from about 9.00p.m.

We met hundreds of supporters that night itself. Many came into the HRP Panthal to see the launch of Project 15/38 at Teluk Intan ie the rational, necessity, strategy and the methodology in creating 15 Parliamentary and 38 state seats under the Indian political empowerment strategy the way forward by P.Uthayakumar.
