The MIC mandores can only talk about rise in Indian divorce rates up to the tune of 500% above the Chinese Community. But their mandore role does not include highlighting the root causes thereto.

Most of these divorce cases starts from the low and meagre incomes their family earns.

Not because they are not prepared to work hard but because of the denial by UMNO or equal opportunities and equal upward mobility opportunities. (See The Star 26/5/10 at page N 41).
