Orang asli land: Court victory. But zero Indian court victory on Hindu temple land, custodial death and by police shooting.

Scores of Hindu temple and cemetery land disputes has never seen victory in the Malay-sian courts, hundreds of deaths in police custody and hundreds of other Indians being shot dead by the police and Indian land settlementsdemolishments. These Indian and Hindu land rights issues, Kg Medan “ethnic cleansing” and Inquests has never seen the light of the day in the UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One Malay-sian Courts! Why?

To the contrary scores of such cases have been struck off without even the UMNO government having to file in their statement of defence.
