UMNO will not publish names of JPA scholarship recipients. Ploy to deny top Indian students.

The government should direct the Public Services Department (PSD) to publish the list of all scholarship recipients as done for national services trainees.

“It is an annual problem that has been going on for many years. It is time for the government to publish the names of recipients, their identity card numbers and even their results,” Kohilan, who is Deputy Foreign Minister, told The Star here yesterday.

But will be this possible only in Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One Malay-sia.
