Court of Appeal sedition case struck out by Sessions Court Judge Junaidah against P.Uthayakumar, P.Waythamoorthy and another hearing tomorrow 7/7/10 at 9.00a.m at the Court of Appeal, Putrajaya. Vindictive prosecution appealing for Criminal charges of Sedition to be reinstated against these Hindraf lawyers. Lawyer Manoharan Malayalam is acting for P.Uthayakumar and P.Waytha Moorthy.

Note: Sessions Court Judge Junaidah for releasing these Hindraf lawyers was herself immediately removed as a Judge and then prosecuted for an unknown criminal offence.

Will the Hindraf lawyers get justice at the Court of Appeal tomorrow?
