In the heat of the Bagan Pinang by elections in 2009, this school was promised a six acre piece of land (MN 22/7/10 at page 2). But now after about two years down the line not only has this UMNO promise not been fulfilled but the land area has now been halfed to a mere three acres. This is so that if at all this Lukut Tamil School is relocated to the new 3 acre land it would not qualify as a fully financially aided Tamil School as apparently the requirement for a fully aided school is a five acres reqirement.

Why should the pre-existing poor Indian community be made to pay RM 1,400 per month rentals and also other expenses when Article 12 of the Federal Constitution guarantees equal right in respect of education?

UMNO’s trick and also ably and shrewdly aped by PKR, DAP and PAS is to never give in writing what they promise, especially land for Tamil schools, Hindu cemeteries and Indian settlements.

In fact PKR Selangor has become more UMNO than UMNO by now implementing a policy of granting Hindu temple land under the name of the state Secretary and no longer the respective Hindu temples. So that the State Secretary will eventually decide when to eliminate these hindu temple? Why can’t there be an element of permanency like for mosques?.

This is UMNO, PKR, DAP and PAS may of systematically “ethnically cleansing” the Indians out of the face of Malaysia.
