The UMNO Chief Secretary to the government Tan Sri Sidek Hassan says that  recommendations for the approval of contracts, permits, licences, citizenship and scholarships awards should be decided on merit.

But year in and year out in the last 53 years top and high achieving especially poor Malaysian Indian students scoring up to 13As’ are denied JPA and scholarships, Matriculation and University places. Why?

When we in turn ask politician Prime Minister Najib Razak and all his predecessors they all says the policy was good but it’s implementation was bad. This is the very same paper pushing shrewd UMNO politics that has been going on in the last 53 years.

The real hard fact is UMNO has trained 1,016,799 almost all malay muslim graduates to implement UMNO’s racist, religious extremist and supremacist policies to in particular exclude and segregate the poor Indians from the national mainstream development of Malay-sia.

At almost every upward mobility move especially the poor Indians face the stonewalling from these 1,016,799 BRN trained civil servants. From denying even up to the sixth generation Indians their lawfull Birth Certificates, to denying  them primary and secondary school, skills training education, JPA scholarships, University and Matriculation places, projects, contracts, licences, permits are all never on needs or merits based. They are all based on whether you are a malay muslim or native.

The Malaysian Chinese control some 70% of the Malaysian and are therefore UMNO is forced not to, or unable to segregate them.

Right from besi buruk licences to car wash licences, food stall petty trading stalls and even Indian flower stall licence is refused to an Indians. KFC, McDonald A&W, Express Bus and heavy lorry, van permits, Highway rest area outlets, government stalls, government projects and tenders even right up to rubbish collection businesses are denied to the poor Indians.
And when many are drawn or pushed into gangsterism and crime they are simply murdered by the police in their shoot to kill policy.

We ask for only one thing. Make public and transparent the list for the aforesaid contracts, projects, permits, licences, Identity Cards, Birth Certificates etc.
There is no history of UMNO doing so or will UMNO do so.

Both UMNO and now also PKR, DAP and PAS in Selangor, Penang and Kedah would rather use their Indian MIC and other PKR, DAP and PAS Indian mandores to dish out as Indian showcase and showpieces. And for them to dish out peanuts and handouts to create the kosong wayang kulit theatrics of being seen to be doing timething, using the four Tamil newspapers, Tamil radio stations and Tamil programmes in T.V.

But all this by UMNO under their One Malay-sia minus the aforesaid transparent list made public at least in the Prime Minister’s Website. Why not Najib?
