In bi-racial (not multi-racial) Malay-sia the Malay muslims take the chunk of the country’s economic cake to the tune of some 50%. They are forced by circumstances of history to share a sizeable part of the economic cake with the Chinese who control about the rest of the 50% of the country’s economy.
But the Indians are excluded from this ‘arrangement’ simply because they do not have the economic clout or are politically powerless.
