The Chinese poor have thousands of philanthropists to lean on. The Malay muslims have the RM 191.5 billion UMNO budget for them.

But it is kachang putih and kosong wayang kulit through both the UMNO & MIC, and also PKR, DAP and PAS mandores for the Indians.
