To make up for UMNO’s continued segregation of 99% of Indian poor which Dr. Manmohan has to query P.M Najib Razak today.

This evening UMNO is using the visiting Republic of India’s Prime Minister to officiate a row of flower shops in Brickfields which has been rebranded as Little India. Even the Railway quarters coming in between Vivekananda Ashramam, Vivekananda School and Sangeetha Abervathi Sangam and the Brickfields Little India has not been made part of Little India to house the hundreds of Indian petty traders who have been denied licences and business opportunities elsewhere for the only reason that they were born Indians and not as Malay muslims.

Little India therefore is a non starter when these hundreds of Indian petty traders livelihood has to make way for UMNO’s MRCB company developing the said Railway quarters.

It is plain and obvious that UMNO is making little India as little as possible to merely showcase to Mr. Manmohan Singh and to make a mountain out of an ant hill or “ayam telur sebiji rioh sekampung” for the crucial 715,099 Indian voters as at the 2008 general elections.

More importantly Hindraf’s 18 point demands beginning with birth certificates being denied to an estimated 150,000 even sixth generation poor Indian children, denied even primary school education most of the 523 cow shed like and in steal shipping containers as Tamil schools denied skills training, scholarship, matriculation and university places denied to some 2,000 over top and high achieving Indian students, petty trading scrap metal car wash and licences to do business generally. Loans and business opportunitied  denied. Also denied are welfare help and denial of Social security Socso benefits. Police brutality against Indian youths and the 1.2 million almost all Malay muslim civil servants oppressing and suppressing the Indian poor.

All blatantly and with impunity done in the name of UMNOs’ Malay muslim supremacy and to segregate and exclude the Malaysian Indians from the national mainstream development of India.

Mr. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, please raise these injustices and human rights violations against the 70% Indian in Malaysia who have been reduced to being poor and hardcore poor. Basic opportunities have been denied to these hardworking Indians.

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak and UMNO has never listened to us in the last 53 years. But they will listen to you Mr. Manmohan Singh.
