On HRP’s formal complaint to the UN on 8/11/2010 Penang Chief Minister now gets his Indian mandore to show a photocopy of what is supposed to be the 2 acre land title to the Batu Kawan Tamil school.

To start off with even if the title was indeed issued to this Tamil school, the UMNO led Federal government guidelines would preclude this school from becoming a fully government aided school. So where is the balance of at least the 3 acres? Did Penang DAP give it away to some Chinese capitalist developer in collaboration with UMNO just like what YAB Lim Guan Eng did in the demolishment of the Kampong Buah Pala, the last traditional Indian village in Penang!

In any event why is YAB Lim Guan Eng not granting land to all the rest of the 27 Tamil schools in Penang all in one go? Why can’t Lim Guan Eng similarly publish the land titles of all the 28 Tamil schools in Penang and forward a copy to HRP.

This would give a permanent and wholesome solution to the Tamil school problem in Penang and we can then move on to more pressing Indian issues.

DAP like the previous UMNO Gerakan does not intend a sincere and permanent solution to this Indian poor problems.
