UMNO’s DBKL Kuala Lumpur City Mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Fuad Ismail cheated and lied to the poor Indian estate workers that their Tamil School, Hindu Temple and Hindu cemeteries would be preserved as per The Star news report on 18/11/2010 (Reprieve for former Bukit Jalil estate workers) . According to the Draft City Plan 2020 there is no provision for the Bukit Jalil Tamil School, Hindu Temple, Cemetery and (Indian Village/Settlement) as what was promise by the said UMNO Mayor. This Bukit Jalil plot Lot No.1986 is gazetted instead for a Muslim Cemetery (Perkuburan Islam).

This is just the tip of the iceberg of how Prime Minister Najib Razak’s UMNO One Malay-sia ethnically cleanses Tamil Schools, Hindu Temples, Cemeteries and Indian Village/Settlements in Bukit Jalil and thousands of other Indian and Hindu temples, cemeteries, Tamil School and Indian Villages/Settlements nationwide.

HRP wants the DBKL Mayor to gazette Bukit Jalil Indian Village/Settlement as the last estate Indian Village/Settlement in Kuala Lumpur as they have done for Kg.Baru, Kg.Pandan Melayu, Malay Reserve Villages (Kampung Rizab Melayu)- Kg.Padang Balang, Kg.Lembah Melewar, Kg.Sungai Mulia, Kg.Sungai Merali, Kg.Bandar Dalam, Kg.Chubadak Hulu, Kg.Puah and thousands of other Masjids, suraus, and Malay villages and settlements according to the DBKL Draft City Plan 2020.
