Biased Judge in Uthayakumar’s Sedition trial refuse to adjourn case up to 1/3/10 as per Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon’s Medical Note to (rest) light duty dated 1/12/10.

This morning P. Uthayakumar’s lawyer N. Surendran applied to have the case adjourned as Uthayakumar is still on medical leave.

Surendran then applied for the case to be adjourned to after 1/3/11 as per aforesaid light duty note. But the biased judge refused and set 17th, 18th and 19th of January as the hearing date.
