The private clinic would not give the confirmation letter of Pravin Raj’s birth until his parents settled the RM 4,000 medical bill for the 11 hours admission which this poor Indian parents cannot afford.

All what the UMNO racist National registration Department should have done is to go to the clinic where the boy was born, confirm his birth and should have issued this birth certificate seven years ago.
