Re : 1) Court of Appeal today adjourns case to deliver decision tomorrow to decide on LTTE allegation defamation suit by P. Uthayakumar against Attorney  General Tan Sri Gani Patail, IGP and Government of Malaysia.

2) High Court did not allow A.G & IGP to strike out P.Uthayakumar’s RM 100 Million civil suit and now appeals to Court of Appeal.
