ASP systematically destroys Hindraf from “within” under Ops Padam Hindraf.

Manoharan Malayalam had been my lawyer in my many public Interest cases since 2004. I have met Kengadharan and Manoharam Malayalam during my student days in London from 1984 onwards. I have bumped into Ganabatirau in Courts on a few occasions in 2007. But never so this mysterious ASP who had never ever been at the core of the Hindraf struggle or any other struggle for that matter but somehow “made it” to be detained with us under the ISA despite being a the only non lawyer. Only shortly thereafter to systematically destroy Hindraf “from within’ the ISA prison where the other four Hindraf lawyers were held. This is the single most powerful strategy by UMNO and the Police Special Branch under Ops Padam Hindraf. And it not only worked but worked very well. Waytha Moorthy and myself were powerless to fight the combination of this UMNO and the police Special Branch axis coupled with their successful used of the print and electronic media which UMNO controls in particular the three Tamil press, the two Tamil Radio stations and the TV 2 Tamil news channell.
