An Indian poor and weak student is refused admission by UMNO even into the 209 Giat Mara Skills Training Institute.

140,000 Giat Mara Skills training (for Malay muslim) under 10th Malaysian Plan, 240,000 already created in 1986, 209 Giat Mara nationwide offering 31 courses, 23 more planned (SH 1/1/2011 at page N 10).
