Unable to get his Tuan Menteri Besar Selangor to deliver land for all Hindu temples & cemeteries & 98 Selangor Tamil schools in one go.

So his Tuan Anwar Ibrahim (an ex 17 year UMNO trained stalwart) gets this Kapar mandore and other MP, EXCO, ADUN Indian mandores to do the a la MIC kosong wayang kulit using the three Tamil dailies.

These PKR Indian mandores allure the handicapped and old Indian poor by offering them the cheapskate hampers to make a crowd. This is exactly what the UMNOs’ MIC mandores had been doing in the previous 50 years.
