Upon reading about this case in www.humanrightspartymalaysia.com Hindraf National secretary P.Ramesh of Ipoh not trusting UMNO and their Indian SMC mandores searched the UPU website on the fate of this top Indian student and was shocked to discover another height of UMNO racist cheating of the Indian poor.

The latest example of the situation in which UMNO can make or break a person without any regards to Article 4, 8 and 12 of the Federal Constitution is Kugnethran a/l Parmusuan’s plight and thousands of other Indian top and high achieving SPM and STPM students’ plight of not being granted their choice of course for tertiary education.

Kugnethtran for the 2010 SPM exams scored 12 A+ with flying colors. His flying colors result had been widely reported in the Tamil dailies. However for him and scores of other Indian top students it is only the one (1) day joy and glamour of appearing in especially the Tamil dailies as headlines. But soon after that without anyone realizing, the UMNO junta systematically exclude and segregate these future pearls and diamonds of the country by not giving them the course they deserve and / or have applied for at tertiary education level or not at all.

P. Kugnethran scored 12A+ in the SPM Science stream. He should have as a matter of course been given a seat at a top overseas Medical faculty to pursue an MBBS Degree. This brilliant student is more than qualified to pursue an MBBS Degree. However the UMNO Junta only offered him a mere Veterinary Science Diploma Course and destroyed his childhood dreams to study Medicine and graduate as a Doctor. How UMNO wants Kugnethran to do any better than this 12 A+ in science stream only God knows.

Had Kugnenthran been a Malay Muslim student he would have been offered the MBBS course most likely at one of the best Universities in USA, UK or elsewhere in the world and given full scholarship and monthly allowance from UNMO their Sime Darby, Mara, Petronas, Yayasans etc. But in this case just because Kugnenthran is born as a vulnerable and soft target Indian he has been denied the course which he deserves and his years of dream has been successfully destroyed and thrown sand into by the racist UMNO Junta.

But the racist UMNO in pursuit of their racist strategies throws some peanuts to the Sri Murugan Center (SMC) Indian mandores who in turn put up full double tabloid size advertisements on the Sunday edition which has the widest circulation of Malaysia Nanban, Tamil Nesan, Makkal Osai all on 15/5/2011. With even an accompanying picture of his mother in tears of joy is put up. Shame on Professor Madaya Mandore Tambirajah for misrepresenting, creating (false) positive perceptions of UMNO and thereby cheating the already badly bruised and oppressed Indian poor of UMNO’s One Malay-sia. All this also in gratitude of the small DBKL Bill board contracts he gets from his UMNO tuans but to help in nyanya the Indian poor in return.

Therefore this plight of Kugnetran alone is sufficient to illustrate that the racist UMNO Supreme Council is supreme in the country, and never Parliamentary Supremacy. And UNMO’s acts are unquestionable in the country unless another 25^th November 2007 Hindraf Rally takes place. Therefore it is crystal clear that the UMNO junta is violating the Federal Constitution to the maximum extent without any intrusion or questions and excluding Indians from the national mainstream development as the racist UMNO intends Indians to be municipal council cleaners, unskilled workers, general laborers etc.

This is yet another tip of the iceberg case of blatant UMNO racism against the Indian minority poor and done with impunity.

Article 12 of the Federal Constitution stipulates that every person shall be given equal educational opportunities without regard to their religion, race, decent or place of birth etc. And Article 8 of the Federal Constitution stipulates that every person is equal before the law and entitled to equal protection before the law. Therefore it’s crystal clear that all the deserving students shall be given equal opportunity to pursue their territory education. And PKR, DAP, and PAS cares a damn as the victim is a mere soft target Indian poor.
