At 7.30 pm onwards in Setapak, KL, the latest HRP CD was played as people were coming in. Suddenly a group of 15 UMNO policeman were seen bringing in a group of ten (10) Indian police agent provocateurs to the Sri  Singava Muniswara Hindu  temple where the forum was held.
Sivalingam, the temple priest, said these ten (10) youths are not the local boys and their identities are unknown and neither were they invited. They starting distributing phamplets defaming Hindraf funds mismanagement.
The UMNO Malay Muslim policeman then gave them a signal and the ten (10) youths spread out “in twos” and sat within the mere 100 odd crowd. We could sense the obvious trouble the racist UMNO police Special Branch has set up through their agent provocateurs to create their usual Indian fight.
But we were wondering why so when only a mere 100 plus attendees were present and cannot be a threat to UMNO. But then UMNO wants to hip Hindraf in the bud from championing a new area of human rights, ie the right to have a Hindu temple and a funeral and last rites ceremony hall. UMNO fears Hindraf penetrating the Indian working class hot bed.
As P.Uthayakumar was making his slide show presentation the racist UMNO police special branch were video recording the event. In the midst of this some youths tried to disrupt Uthayakumar who told them that there is a question and answer session at the end.  He then continued with 64 slide shows on the Indian poor sufferings from womb to tomb, under the racial social engineering agenda by the UMNO to preserve the Indian poor and create the future Indain poor. HRP Vice President K.Tamil Selvam and Penang HRP chief then spoke.
Uthayakumar then invited questions from the floor. The youths then took turns to question especially the Hindraf Accounts and provocative questions to create Indian and Indian fight as what their UMNO tuans had paid them to do.
We avoided the fight by patiently answering their questions. They became more provocative and started raising their voice then walked off. On the Malay Muslim UMNO policeman’s signal they suddenly charged at the HRP forum participants and the police video cameraman took the exact shooting he wanted ie the proof of the Indian and Indian fight and their mission accomplished. So that their IGP Tan Sri Ismail Omar and the Federal Special Branch Chief Datuk Akhil Bin Bulat  and the “Ops Padam Hindraf” special police team could all watch it first on Monday morning.
And then this will be used as ground to:
1 1. Prosecute HRP and Hindraf speakers for sedition.
2.    2. Detain Hindraf leaders and speakers without trial under ISA.
3.   3. Deny police permits for future forums are causing security problem.
Earlier there were banners at the entrance road to this temple defaming the supposed Hindraf funds mismanagement.
During the forum despite saying that the full accounts had been accounted for in the HRP website, in the Hindraf newspaper, and shown to the youths and the Towkay Lim Guan Eng’s Indian mandore MP for Batu Kawan had asked a question in Parliament and that even the UMNO Home Minister has confirmed that there is no such mismanagement, yet the youths still tried to pick up a fight which we avoided.
Under police escort these police special branch racist UMNO agent provocateurs left the forum.
This is the beginning of the evil UMNO police Special Branch operations to disrupt and cause chaos in future Hindraf and Human Rights Party forums.
HRP would be sending a formal legal Letter of Demand to UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak, Home Minister, Inspector General of  Police and the Federal Special Branch Director to forthwith stop this nonsense or we will file for an Injuction at Kuala Lumpur High Court against them to stop the same and an Order to provide police protection in all future HRP forums and a Mandamus to compel the racist UMNO Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Pattail to prosecute this police and their Indian agent provocateur criminals.
