P. Kanapathy (38) will be forced to abandon his wife and four children aged between 4 to 8 years old for 20 long years and to suffer a couple of strokes of the rotan for an offence of attempted rape that he did not commit. It is merely the racist Malay-sian police allegation and coupled with the racist UMNO Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail’s blatant abuse of powers, this Indian man will be eventually also be forced to plead guilty as he has neither the money for bail nor legal fees for his lawyers. So he and his family including his wife and 4 to 8 aged old children are doomed to  suffer lifelong.

The law of any civilized country requires a fair and impartial trial and to have been properly represented by a lawyer of his choice who is fully paid by the government.

Thereafter if he is sentenced to jail, so be it.

But this is the due process of the law.

Not by the racist UMNO A.G. and racist Polis Raja Di Malay-sia arm twisting this poor and one individual Indian man to plead guilty versus the entire weight and might of the whole country .

As if the 3 years jail meted out on him is not enough punishment.
