After all Article 12 of the Federal Constitution provides for no discrimination by reason of race, religion etc in the admission to any educational institutions receiving government financial aid.

In reality there is no 5,000 skills training seats for Indians. This is a ploy and wayang kulit to segregate and exclude the Indian poor from the said Giat Mara, Vocational and Technical Colleges. Why not the other way around of 5,000 free places for the Malay muslim and unlimited excess for Indians in Giat Mara, vocational, technical schools etc?

Govt training for 2.4 million below – average earners. But Indians excluded.

200,000 UITM students but for Malay muslims only, Indian poor segregated. Violation of Articles 8 & 12 of Federal Constitution.

Budget 2013 : RM3.7 Billion to train technical & vocational students to enhance skills training. But Indians segregated from Giat Mara & 99% from Technical & Vocational Schools : Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.

UMNO’s 1 Bangla & 1 Indon foreign workers policy – so that 100% Malaysian menial jobs done by Indian poor by 2020. RM 1,500 minimum wage demand by HRP & Hindraf.

Racist UMNO remembers the 240,000 weak Malay muslim SPM students but not the weak SPM Indian poor students.

6,000 MySkills places for Indian youths kosong propaganda by UMNO & MIC mandores. But zero places in Giat Mara, vocational & technical schools.

70% of Indian poor are also school dropouts arising out of UMNO socially engineered poverty & also denied skills training.
