Police won’t investigate when victims are Indians
As usual my Section 113 Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) statement to the police is to turn the table back on the police in:
1. Investigating the crime of the policeman who pushed Waytha Moorthy to the ground that should be investigated first and that we have committed no crime but in fact are the victims of a police crime.
2. As for the Dang Wangi police report against me by the police, my statement was that the police first investigate the contents of the book “50 years of the violations of the Federal Constitution by the UMNO controlled Malaysian government as is evidenced by the 547 pages of hard evidence therein instead of investigating why I had published and distributed the book; and
3. As for the Teluk Intan police report against me by the police, my statement was for the police to investigate the allegations made by myself that UMNO had excluded the Indians from the national mainstream development and having permanently colonialised the Indians in Malaysia for over the last 50 years and why investigate me when I am the complainant.
