Malaysian police not intelligent

From experience I know that the police do not have the intelligence nor the instructions from the UMNO controlled government to seriously investigate all my allegations. So what they do is to abuse their powers by arresting, harassing, throwing us in jail and by the Attorney General abusing his powers and falsely prosecuting us with impunity. In this latest episode the police and the Attorney General abused their powers by proposing in collaboration with the Inspector General of Police whom I believe had proposed to UMNO that we be arrested and detained under the ISA which UMNO ordered so on the  13th day of December 2007 as a short cut measure to silencing and stopping us from speaking up for the people. The Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police have no basis to legally prosecute me and the other four lawyers and thus used the short cut by proposing the ISA to UMNO. Instead of investigating the perpetrators of the crime, the police almost often investigate the victims and we as lawyers being the victims for a change after having stood up for our clients all these years.

On 31/10/07 while the police were recording our statements I did get to meet some of the said Padang Jawa devotees among them Krishnan.
