This road is a mere 50 meter stretch which housed the MTUC H.Q. NTUC long term Secretary general and top DAP leader Dr. V. David spent most of his time at Jalan Barat. And today when the DAP State Assemblyman Manoharan Malayalam moves a motion at the Selangor State Assembly for Jalan Barat (which name has zero significance) to be renamed Jalan Dr. V. David could not have been more significant and apt.

The DAP’s very own speaker Datuk Teng Chang Kim rejected Manoharan’s motion without even putting it for debate, unbelievable of a top DAP leader but the reality is it is happening right before our very eyes.

And the rest of the 12 DAP State Assemblymen did not come in support of their fellow DAP State Assemblyman Manoharan.

DAP is racist. DAP fears losing the 60% Malay muslim votes and therefore refuses to honour even one of it’s own most distinguished and celebrated late leader Dr. V. David.

This directive must have come from no less than DAP Supremo Lim Kit Siang and DAP Secretary General and Penang Chief Minister YAB Lim Guan Eng. How then is “our” DAP different from the ex UMNO/BN regime?

What more, the no show of support from the 15 PKR and 8 PAS state Assemblymen in Selangor! PKR, DAP & PAS multi-racial?

When Pakatan Rakyat even refuses to honour their top but Indian leader by a road name change and which does not even cost them a single cent then Pakatan is not going to fulfill any of the Hindraf 18 Point Demands which concerns especially the Indian poor.
