Tan Sri Gani Patail is the prime mover of this One Malay-sian “plead guilty culture” where he aids and abetts the Malaysian Police Raja Di- Malay-sia in wanting to be seen to be reducing crime and doing their job, the soft target Indian poor are victimized by arbitrarily arresting and prosecuting them. Having no bail money to pay lawyers, the lock up police, Court Interpreters, police and DPPs’ and the Magistrates and Judges force and / or coerce them to plead guilty. It is literally one man versus the whole mighty One-Malaysian State machinery led by this racist and facist Tan Sri Gani Patail.

So with no other alternative, whether they are guilty or not they are forced to plead guilty and thus the main reason for the 45% Indian criminals in UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One ,Malay-sia.

Give these Indian poor youths self employment opportunities like in Felda, Felcra, Risda, Fama, Agropolitan, Vadai and Kachang Puteh food stalls, 5,000 Besi buruk licenses (denied to Indians), skills training, Bank loans, Tekun loans, decent jobs, contracts like given to almost all the bi-racial Malay-sian Malay Muslims and Chinese and most of those involved in crime will keep away from crime. No Indian poor wants to be a criminal when he is given ample and equal upward mobility opportunities.

But it is this racist and facist UMNO agenda to preserve the Indian poor and using their “criminal and police records and police cases” recorded in the police computer to oppress and subdue the Indian poor from standing up for their equal rights and equal opportunities.

All by using the office of the UMNO Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail and the machinery of the UMNO Polis Raja Di Malay-sia.
