Part time is big time. But UMNO pumps in 6,088,358 foreign Indon, Bangla other muslim workers to depress Indian poor maids etc wages.

Part time Indian poor maids upgraded to Home Managers and paid RM 1,500 p.m. is solution to maid problem. Not Indon or Filipina maids.

Maids minimum salary: Filipino (RM 1,200 p.m) Indon (RM600p.m). But Indian poor earn as low as RM 350 p.m. under racist UMNO regime.
