Indian poor youths to start off with are denied entry into the 213 Giat Mara Skills Training Institutes. Where some 140,000 Malay muslims only youths get to graduate mostly within walking distance from their homes.

But the Indian poor youths are segregated into a token one or two odd Indian wayang kulit Skills Training Colleges using the MIC mandore Manpower Minister etc.
Our question is, why not entry into all 213 Giat Maras, Vocational schools and Technical Colleges that all the Malay muslims get to enter?
