42% of standard one pupils in Tamil schools cannot read and write at all because they did not attend kindergarten. Not a conducive home. Cannot afford pre-kindergarten (MO 10/3/2010 at page 3). About 90% of students in SJKT did not attended preschool because of poverty, well below the targeted 87% pre schools students by 2012 under the national Key Result Area (NKRA) (The Star 15/3/10 at page N 46).

It is a non starter for the Indian poor right from kindergarten. The 213 Giat mara Skills Training Institutes and Community Colleges, nationwide excludes all Indians.
This is UMNOs’ racist agenda in socially engineering the Indian poor to become the full fledged third class 1 Malay-sia by 2020.
