Racist UMNO outsources Indian poor problems to Indian mandores via kachang putih peruntukan. But UMNO govt directly & effectively address Malay poor problems using RM 232.8 billion budget.

RM232.8 Billion 2012 Budget: No delivery mechanism to filter down to Indian poor as in previous 54 years. At least RM2.328 Billion (1%) should have been allocated for the 8% Indian poor.
