Attorney General refuses to reply to police murder charge in open court
The Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail by not replying to my very serious allegation of the murder of this peaceful assembler by members of the Royal Malaysian police force, together with the UMNO controlled government are deemed to have accepted my allegations as true and having taken place. But the policemen who committed this crime would never be prosecuted for the murder of this Hindraf supporter or at least for manslaughter or at worst for gross negligence. Reason – after all the deceased is merely an Indian and neither did PKR, DAP, PAS. Suhakam, Bar Council, civil society, NGOs activists and the print and electronic media bother for the same reason. But to the contrary the AG had gone all out to prosecute for even an impossible offence where the alleged victim is a policeman that is the 41 Hindraf supporters attempting to murder the one policeman case.
The Attorney General’s motive was with the view to punishing the 41 Hindraf supporters before trial and even before being found guilty by opposing and then securing and ensuring their being denied bail. Another young man was. shot at on the nose with a tear gas canister. He fainted on the spot and was taken to and hospitalized for five days at the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital and received eight stitches on his nose and left with a permanent scar. The Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail would not prosecute the criminal policeman responsible for this crime and again neither would PKR, DAP, PAS, Suhakam, Bar Council, civil society, NGOs, activists and the print and electronic media bother yet again because the victim is merely an Indian.
