My police report against PM, AG and IGP. Zero action

I was at my legal firm at Mutiara Bangsar by about 10.00 am on the 8th day of December 2007 and immediately sent out a notice by fax and by SMS for a press conference at 2.30 p.m. at the Jalan Travers police station. Indra helped me as it was a Saturday and my staff was on her off day. In the midst of preparing a detailed three page police report against the Prime Minister, Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police, my old classmate A. Nyanasegaran (Segaran) came by. I had to beat the 2.30 p.m. time frame for the press conference and did not really get to speak to Segaran. After some time Segaran got prepared to leave. I could sense him giving me a “goodbye” hug which he has never done before. I could read his body language. He told me to “take care” which I am doing right now in Kemta Prison on my almost one year of detention and punishment without a conviction or trial. It took me about seven drafts and three and a half hours before I could finalise the police report. I had denied any links to the LTTE as alleged by the AG and the IGP. In fact I challenged the AG, IGP and the Prime Minister to a joint press conference to be attended by the local and foreign media within forty eight hours failing which I would presume that they were lying. I had stated that I am prepared to answer to their LTTE allegations as I had nothing to hide. I had stated that as the UMNO controlled Malaysian government had
no basis at all whatsoever in going for Hindraf, they were using the baseless LTTE link allegation to justify their planned arrest of myself under the ISA. I also alleged criminal defamation by the country’s top law enforcers that is the Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police. But I did not expect the IGP to independently investigate his own crime and the Attorney General to prosecute the crime he himself has committed nor to prosecute the IGP and the Prime Minister. I felt that the last straw that broke UMNO’s back was my ethnic cleansing allegation as per my allegation in my said letter to H.R.H.Queen Elizabeth II and the British Prime Minister The Right Honorable Mr Gordon Brown. But that does not justify UMNO making a totally baseless LTTE and terrorist allegation against Hindraf and myself. They should have been man enough to take us on in addressing the critical Indian problems that we had raised instead of trying to divert attention to the LTTE link and terrorist charges to justify and lay the foundation for my eventual arrest under the ISA.
