Dear Rt.Hon. MP. Lynne Featherstone(Home Minister&Equality Minister), weldone for your excellent  work in respect of Violation of Human Rights in Malaysia against innocent Malaysian Citizens.

Dear Madam, we would like thank you, our British Foreign Secretary, British Minister of State and your team for all the support given in respect of the below issue. Many thanks for the above two letters and assurance from your good self and the British Foreign Secretary& Commonwealth Affairs Rt. Hon. Mr. William Hague MP.

Madam as regards to the final para of the Minister of State’s above attachment letter,we kindly request your good self to approach our British Foreign Secretary/Commonwealth affairs Mr. William Hague MP for further investigation into the INTERLOK NOVEL issue which has caused racial disagreement between Malay Muslim and Indian students.  As a result a Indian student R.Thaneswaran, Form two student from SMK Bandar Baru Sg Buloh, was bullied and attacked by Malay students using the metal “buku lima” on the face, until he might lose his left eye sight, and a bone was cracked, but no action has been taken by the police or the school headmaster. This is not the first issue on Interlok racial attacks against Indian students. There were many similar issues ever since this Interlok Novel been introduced for the Secondary schools in Malaysia. Madam,we are forwarding your goodself some evidence to this effect from Hindraf Chairman Mr.P.Wathya Moorthy Advocate solicitor of Malaysia and Human Rights Party Mr.P. Uthaya Kumar Advocate Solicitor of Malaysia to  your good self and our British Foreign Secretary/commonwealth Affairs Mr. William Hague MP’s investigation into the below issue.  Madam, as a matter of urgent, please see below information from HRP Malaysia website that the 1,644 Bersih activists charges dropped. But UMNO A.G’s racist & vindictive vendetta against Hindraf 54 anti Interlok & anti racist UMNO activists on 12/12/11 @ K.L High Court.

Our British Foreign Secretary’s above attachment letter of assurance that the 54 Hindraf leaders, executives and members unlawful charges will be dropped. However, till today the Malaysian Government did not drop the unlawful charges against the 54 Hindraf leaders, executives and members. This unlawful chargers against them was for lawful protest  against Interlok novel which labeled the Ethnic Indians  as "Untouchables".

As this matter is urgent, we kindly request your good self to approach our British Foreign Secretary &Commonwealth Affairs Rt. Hon. Mr. William Hague MP to represent the above the below matter urgently as their trial is  on 12th December 2011 (Monday).

We know for a fact that they will be likely to be convicted and sentenced for maximum three years in Jail. We would like to inform your good self that  Article 10 of the federal Constitution of Malaysia  provides for freedom of Assembly for Malaysian Citizens.

Finally, we would like to thank your good self for tabling an EDM for us on 22/02/2010 in respect of unlawful Indians death in Police Custody in Malaysia.
