Today’s Utusan Malaysia (23/11/11) at page 30 reports 1,600 new students intake into UITM Malacca Campus alone. Out of this figure 90% are under the “Program Mengubah Destinasi Anak Bangsa” meaning only the Malay muslims Anak Bangsa in UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s 1 Malay-sia means Malay muslim. Interest of Malay upward mobility this systematically segregates and excludes the Indian poor.

UITM has a student population of of some 200,000 Malay muslim only in the tens of MARA colleges nationwide.

This UITM Malay muslim only policy by the racist UMNO is in  direct contravention of Article 8 of the Federal Constitution which guarantees Equality and Equal Opportunities before the law. And more particularly Article 12 of the Federal Constitution which prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, descent etc.

But then the racist UMNO does not follow the law and the Federal Constitution.

In almost every neighbourhood there is a Giat Mara Skills Training Institute but again only for the Malay muslims and again the Indian poor youths specifically excluded. The same is the case in the MARA College, UniKL, Mara Higher Education College, MSRM fully residential colleges.

This level of a racist Education System does not exist in any other part of the world except in UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak 1 Malay-sia.
