Dato Ambiga has never questioned the racist UMNO failing 80% of the Indian law Certification in Legal Practice (CLP) students. This is also based on the latest information provided to us by CLP 2011 students Velu & Elan of Brickfields College who had complained to us on 16/12/11.  And at the same time passing some 99% of the Malay muslim law students almost all of whom are from the 20 Public local  Universities. Indian lawyers have been systematically reduced from 70% in 1957 to mere 10.4% based on the latest (24/11/11) issue of the Bar Council Bulletin Praxis and targeted 1% by 2020.

This Bersih Chairman supposedly stands for Free and fair elections.

But she would similarly never question the racist UMNO jerrymandering the 715,099 Indian voters so much so that they have zero Indian majority Parliament or DUN seats. To the direct contrary with 802,683 votes, the Sabah natives have 25 Parliament and 60 DUN seats carved out for them in protecting native and minority rights. But what about Indian minority rights?

And neither would Dato Ambiga question the Pakatan Rakyat racism by omission targeted against the soft target and vulnerable Indian poor as is documented and reported on a day to day basis on www.humanrightspartymalaysia.com. Convenient Oblivious? Turning a blind eye against P.R & UMNO racism.
So where is the free and fair elections for the Indian poor?

Why didn’t Ambiga and/or all the other pseudo ‘multi-racial” Indian elite in particular question this unfair elections? So that they get to play to the majoritarian bi racial 1 Malay-sian political gallery?

Dato Ambiga is the classical tip of the iceberg pseudo “multi-racial” elite Indian in whose dictionary UMNO & P.R racism targeted against the vulnerable Indian poor is not racism. But HRP and Hindraf questioning this UMNO & P.R racism against the Indian poor is made out to be racist.

So that they get to play to the 92% Malay muslim natives and Chinese bi racial 1 Malay-sian political gallery! And never mind the gross injustices and blatant acts of racism against the Indian poor never inflicted in any other part of the world on any other community by the state/government and ignored by the Opposition (P.R) NGOs’ and the civil society.

So that Ambiga can get to become the latest Indian face @ mandorini of P.R in the next general elections? After all the other P.R Indian mandores having failed!
This is just the tip of the iceberg of racism against the vulnerable Indian poor that Dato Ambiga and most of the other pseudo “multi-racial”  English speaking Indian elite would not want to fight against. Their brand of being non communal & non racist! Very Clever?
