The Historical HINDRAF  High Court civil suit filing in Tamil by lawyers P.Uthayakumar and Manoharan Malayalam to declare all 523 Tamil schools  nationwide to be made fully financially aided, equal per capita financial aid per Tamil school  student as granted to all National school students,10 acres land and land titles each for all 523 Tamil school and to be gazette accordingly, elite Permata Kindergartens’ in all 523  Tamil schools, RM 200 Million Fully Residential  MRSM like Maktab Rendah Sains Tamil (MRST)to take in all 1,191 seven(7) As’ UPSR top Tamil school scorers in 2011, RM300  Million Tamil school Teacher Training University Malaya campus to train 1,000 graduate Tamil School teachers each year both adjoining  the conducive Frasers Hill Tamil school, One fully residential Tamil school in every district especially for the Indian poor, RM 55 Billion  to undo 55 years of injustices for the  benefit of  ex Tamil school students who had been victims of the UMNO State sponsored and private sector racism and segregation etc.
