Note: 1) 46,871 NGOs’ & 31 political parties approved by ROS, P.M & Home Minister except 1 Hindraf & 1 HRP in 1 Malay-sia.

2) UMNO Attorney General Gani Patail refuses to directly reply to P.Uthayakumar’s 127 page affidavit and yet again avoids truth by putting in Preliminary Objections to strike out (TKO) HRP case for being frivolous vexations and abuse of process of Court without even hearing the merits.

3) On 17/11/11 Judge Abang Iskandar bin Abang Hashim recused himself and now “fixed” before new Judge Y.A.Dato Rohana.

4) Will justice be dispensed to HRP tomorrow like for Anwar Ibrahim?
