After lunch break Uthayakumar further cross examined DCP Acryl Sani all in for a total of 6 ½ hours today alone (5 /6/2012). This afternoon it began with the police experts at Bukit Aman specialist then hacking with the Hindraf website www.policewatchmalaysia.com which carried even life postings on the 25th Nov 2007 Hindraf Rally.

Some how even a digital camera photo found it’s way into the website when there was  no way we could afford a digital camera. P. Uthayakumar also questioned whether an Indian with merit can become the Inspector General of Police to this DPP Noorin Badaruddin quickly poked her Indian mandore DPP who quickly stood up to object that it is not relevant.

And the biased racist bully @ UMNO Judge Zamzani also swiftly even before Uthayakumar could answer, ruled that he disallows this question.

Uthayakumar pointed out that his charge sheet specifically points out state sponsored discrimination of Indians in the Malay-sian civil service as per Uthayakumar’s letter dated 15/11/07 to the then British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Despite this glaring point Judge Ahmad Zamzani insisted that this question cannot be asked.

Uthayakumar asked for the reason and the Judge said “Please don’t question me, I have already made my ruling." The typical Malay tuan Racist bully who do not go by  the law, constitution, conscience, fairness or justice but purely on his UMNO Malay supremacy mindset.

They typically assert their unquestionable authority in executing racism on the Indians.
