Within 2 ½ days of trial the score is 34 rejecting P. Uthayakumar’s questions and zero allowing any of P. Uthayakumar’s applications. This is the nett effect of 95% of the Judiciary being dominated by Malays which was foreseen way back in the 1956 proposals to the Reid Commission by the then Indian elders.
