At the end of today’s (6/6/12) Hindraf letter to Gordon Brown Sedition trial of P. Uthayakumar, the Judge and DPP Noorin Badaruddin synchronized their play act so well.

The Judge pretended to ask Uthayakumar how many more hours he would take to Cross Exam Dato Acryl Sani bin Abdullah Sani.

When Uthayakumar said may be a few weeks as he has documentary evidence running into thousands of pages dated back to 16 years ago to proof his case and as the DCP is the main witness. The biased UMNO Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Zamzani bin Mohd Zain then asked the DPP to submit. The DPP said she will bring an authority and would make full submission tomorrow that Uthayakumar cannot go on with his detailed questioning of DCP Acryl. When Uthayakumar replied that he would need some time as it is less than 24 hours to engage Counsel and to do research on this legal point the Judge yet again rejected his application.

Tomorrow morning it is so predictable that this UMNO Judge will decide that Uthayakumar cannot ask detailed questions, will proceed with Summary Justice @ Justice hurried is Justice burried at full steam and also convict Uthayakumar so that he will not be able to stand for elections in the imminent G.E. 13.
