So the UMNO biased & racist Judge Ahmad Zamzani bin Mohd Zain is disallowing Uthayakumar from asking even the (Kg Medan) “ethnically cleansing” and state sponsored direct discrimination against the Indians…..” question to Dato Acryl Sani bin Abdullah Sani the CPO of Sarawak. Also despite this CPO at the material time in 2007 having been the Bukit Aman federal Police Deputy Criminal Investigations Department Deputy Director.

And the political motive being that this CPO is required in Sarawak ie UMNOs’ fixed deposit state and not in the witness stand.

So judge Ahmad Zamzani goes full steam and with impunity disallows with impunity Uthayakumar from fully cross examining this CPO in preparing his defence.

It is no concern to the Judge that Justice hurried is Justice buried . For Justice by also controlling the Judiciary through Chief Justice Tan Sri Ariffin Zakaria and Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail does not matter in the UMNO government’s  dictionary. Except for one all Uthayakumar’s questions on the aforesaid “ethnic cleansing” and state sponsored direct discrimination was not allowed on Friday. The Judge, Prosecutor & CPO ganging up and bullying Uthayakumar in the dock was so plain and obvious and done with impunity. But that’s what we have for Justice in Malaysia. When this can happen to a lawyer of 22 years standing just to convict and disqualify Uthayakumar in imminent General Elections.
