A blackened photocopy of an Indian youth who supposedly was killed in the 25th November 2007 Hindraf Rally, published in the then Hindraf website Police Watch and intended to incite the Indians against the Malaysian government. This is DPP Noorin binti Badaruddin’s case against P. Uthayakumar under Attorney General Tan Sri Gani patail and UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s orders.

Why didn’t this DPP tender the colour copy of the said blackened photocopy. Fabricating evidence? To fix up Uthayakumar with 3 years jail so that he will be disqualified from contesting in the imminently forthcoming 13th General Elections?

Strangely the black and white photocopy given to the Court was clear and not prejudicial though!

So the High Court civil suit to dismiss this vindictive DPP from further being the prosecution in this case.
