“I pity you, so I allow you to sit on the “Bar Table” says Shah Alam High Court Judge Nurchaya Arshad to lawyer P. Uthayakumar holding watching brief for the family of Karthik Rajah, a murder victim.

Yesterday and today this racist UMNO 1 Malay-sian Judge threatened to cite Uthayakumar for contempt even on the most pertinent concerns he raised on behalf of the deceased’s family.

When Uthayakumar appeared this morning this Judge told Uthayakumar to go and sit at the public gallery as he is only watching brief and as the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) had objected to the same. Uthayakumar said that he was not heard as only the DPP and defence Counsel were invited into the Judge’s Chambers yesterday evening after Court adjourned at 5.00p.m.

Then the Judge said that he could sit but on the second row when Uthayakumar said that the DPP is yet to give him the photos exhibits that was promised by the DPP yesterday and he has to refer to the same to follow proceedings.

This morning Uthayakumar objected to the Defence Counsel’s line of questioning that the deceased is a gangster based on the tattoo mark on his body. He objected because the deceased is not alive to defend himself, but this UMNO Judge had disallowed Uthayakumar’s objections and repeatedly told him to sit down or she would cite him to Contempt of Court. Zainal Azwar the DPP, Defence Counsel Tuan Haji Yusof Rahman and the Judge Nurchaya Arshad ganged up in their Malay supremacy mindset because the victim merely involved an Indian victim.

Using their Judicial and DPP’s power and the Malay supremacist mindset is the lethal combination which the UMNO 1 Malay-sian government implements.
