Note : The Kuala Lumpur High Court had on 20/6/12 dismissed lawyer P. Uthayakumar and M. Manoharan’s RM 55 Billion civil suit on 523 Tamil schools with some 120,000 mostly Indian poor children to be made fully aided kindergardens for all Tamil schools, one MRSM to take in all 1191 UPSR 7As’ Tamil school top scorers, one University Malaya Campus to train 1,000 graduate Tamil school teachers and 10 other prayers against P.M Najib Razak and Education Minister.
