This is yet another 1 Malay-sia two systems UMNO government and Pakatan’s policy. The eyes and ears of the Federal and State governments on the grassroots people’s problems are the JKKK Village Cheifs, Penghulu and Penggawa who are paid allowances of at least RM600.00 per month and other perks. But they cater for only the Malay poor. Even the Chinese New Villages have their JKKK. But never in the Indian settlements and low cost flats.

Testimony of this is the stateless Indian poor are often told to get a verification letter from the Penghulu or JKKK Village Chiefs about their birth. But the 100% Malay JKKK or Penghulu do not know the Indian poor in their local jurisdiction in the first place as they are in charge of only the Malay muslims and never the Indian poor. So how is this 450,000 stateless Indian poor problem ever going to be solved when they cannot get past even the first hurdle?

This is how UMNO and Pakatan state sponsored racism operates at the very grassroots level to nyaya (victimize) the Indian poor on a day to day basis.

And following from this is the 450,000 stateless Indian poor accumulated in over the last 55 years. Had they been the Malay or muslims, the JKKK, Penghulus etc would have attended and solved 99% of their problems. Stateless Malays are the exception rather than the rule. But just because they are the vulnerable Indian poor under the racist UMNO & Pakatan state government policy, the Indian poor stateless problems seem to have become quite the rule rather than the exception.

And following from this, almost all other Indian poor problems like poverty, homelessness, single parents, denied Socso and Welfare aid, alcoholism, Hindu temples, Tamil School, State sponsored racism targeting the Indian poor etc are completely abandoned by these UMNO & Pakatan JKKK etc.

Under UMNO’s and Pakatan’s mandore system the buck is pushed to the MIC, IPF and PPP branch chiefs. And now Pakatan has appointed some powerless and showpiece JKKK and Councilor Indian mandores a la UMNO/BN Indian mandore showpieces in Selangor, Penang and Kedah. So the Indian poor grassroots problems also do not get addressed! So where is the UBAH?

To the direct contrary it is this JKKK Penghulu etc who guide the Malay poor beginning from the elite Permata Kindergardens, fully resicential schools, elite MRSM Colleges, UITM Universities, Polytechnics, government jobs, Mara business loans and MARA business opportunities, licenses, permits, grants, subsidy, Felda Felcra Risda Fama etc 10 acre land ownership schemes, TOL land, Agro Industrial businesses, welfare help, Socso claims, single mothers benefits, Emergency aid and just about every aspect of life.

All of these kept and wrapped away from the vulnerable Indian poor by the racist 1 Malay-sia UMNO & Pakatan UBAH government policies.
