The powerful and absolute prosecution power weilding Attorney General (A.G) Tan Sri Gani Patail under the racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia policy to deter Hindraf de facto leader P. Uthayakumar from championing even the most serious and fundamental acts of racism targeting the Indian poor has directed his Deputy Public Prosecutor DPP Noorin Badaruddin to go for Uthayakumar at full steam and speedy gonzales trial to get him convicted as a matter of course by the racist Malay-sian Judiciary. So that he will not be able to stand for elections at the 13^th General Elections and represent the Indian poor at the highest political level. And so that UMNO can have a free hand in further oppressing and victimizing the Indian poor.

To this effect the said DPP has informed the Judge on 8/6/12 that she is on 18/7/2012 going to submit authorities that Uthayakumar’s line on questioning is frivilex meaning too detailed and to oppose to all of Uthayakumar’s questions on the UMNO 1 Malay-sian state sponsored racism targeting the Indian poor. Judge Ahman Zamzani bin Mohd Zain is expected to grant the DPP’s application and further stop all questions on the said UMNO 1 Malay-sian racism targeting the poor and vulnerable Indians which is the main ingredient of the charge against Uthayakumar.

In fact even before hearing this application the said Judge had on the 8^th of June 2012 except for one, denied all of Uthayakumar’s application to question the then Federal Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department Deputy Director and now Chief Police Officer of Sarawak Dato Acryl Sani bin Abdullah Sani on the UMNO Malay-sian state sponsored racism against the Indian poor.

Injustice being seen to be done? And done with impunity and with no shame at all whatsoever for UMNOs’ Political Transformation?.

During the lunch break at 1.00 p.m on 18/7/2012 a press conference will be held at the Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Duta Court Ground Floor Lobby on the Notis of Application which would have been filed earlier in the morning to procure a Subpeona against the former British Prime Minister The Right Honourable Gordon Brown amongst others to be interviewed and to take instructions at the Prosecution stage in order to pose the relevant questions to the Prosecution witnesses. And also with the view to Mr. Gorson Brown testifying at the Malay-sian Sessions Court when Uthayakumar’s defence is called.

This whole Sedition criminal proceedings is as a result of Uthayakumar’s letter on the Hindraf letterhead dated 15/11/2007 to Mr. Gordon Brown to raise at the then Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting at Harara, Zimbabwe alleging (the Kg Medan) “ethnic cleansing” and (UMNO Malay-sian) “state sponsored racial discrimination in Public Universities intakes, Tamil Schools, skills training institutes, civil service and private sector job opportunities, business and license opportunities and in almost all other aspects of daily life” of the Malaysian Indians.

But for the UMNO 1 Malay-sian government and A.G Gani Patail this is prolifix and to fix up Uthayakumar without giving him a fair trial.

The first limb of the rules of Natural Justice ie Audi Altrem Partem or the right to be heard does not apply in the UMNO 95% Malay muslim controlled Malay-sian Judiciary.
