1. P. M. Najib Razak announced the Repeal of Sedition Act but the charges won’t be groundless & a discharge of P. Uthayakumar.

2. Despite a Notice of Motion filed in the High Court the trial Court Judge will not recuse himself pending hearing.

3. Despite the above the DPP will not similarly recuse herself.

4. On 8/12/12 alone the trial Judge Ahmad Zamzani rejected 34 still refuse to recuse himself.

5. Two other appeals to recuse the Judge and to dismiss the charges for being groundless according to Section 173 (g) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
